Richard is passionate about two aspects of awareness. Firstly, enabling his clients to be fully aware of their own strengths, style and preferences so that they can consistently be best at “being themselves”. Secondly, ensuring that people are truly aware of the way others need to be approached and communicated with - this is at the very core of successful rainmaking.

Richard's background is general management, consultancy and as a psychometrician. He now has a strong profile in both the private and public sectors. Currently, he is focused on extending the research basis behind Rainmakers.
