The Team - Emma Taylor

Emma has focused on coaching senior executives through periods of career change, which builds on seven years as a head-hunter with a leading specialist firm. She began her career as a consultant running training and awareness raising seminars across Central and Eastern Europe on behalf of the European Commission.

She has acquired an exceptional understanding of the anxieties, insecurities and hurdles which a job or career change presents. Through a combination of psychology and psychotherapy training, she has developed the capabilities required to support and coach executives through what can be a very stressful and bewildering time. She has worked with individuals from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
