The Team - Andy Syms
Andy's key interest lies in the strategic development of clients and describes himself as 'obsessed' in ensuring that this activity leads to serious improvements in fee income and strong commercial relationships for professional services firms and their clients. Most recently as Marketing and Business Development Director for an international property firm Andy has seen great practical success in the professional services arena. In just two and a half years the client development program saw the fee income from just 12 clients double to nearly £40m. This achievement was built on the platform of twenty years of corporate sales and consultancy experience.
Andy sits on the Board of PSMG (the Professional Services Marketing Group).
